Participant FAQ
What are the registration rates?
Early registration is KRW 880,000 through February 28, 2027 (23:59 KST). Pre-registration is KRW 990,000 from March 1–5. On-site registration is KRW 1,100,000 on March 11–12. All include VAT. Contact the organizer for registrations outside these periods.
What is included?
Conference sessions, digital conference materials, lunch, tea and coffee, the wine networking session and exhibition access. Materials are provided subject to speaker publication permission.
How do complimentary sponsor and exhibitor registrations work?
Sponsors receive one complimentary registration per KRW 1,000,000. Exhibitors receive two staff places plus two invited-customer places. See the nomination procedure.
When will the agenda and speakers be announced?
Only confirmed sessions and approved profiles will be published. Presentation titles, abstracts and speaker information are due December 31, 2026. View the program.
What language will be used?
The current speaker guidelines specify English presentations. Interpretation arrangements have not been announced.
How do I get there and park?
The event is at Grace Hall, 6F, EL Tower, 213 Gangnam-daero, Seoul. The existing venue guidance identifies Yangjae Station Exit 9. Exhibitors receive one complimentary 9-hour parking pass. Can I cancel or nominate a substitute?
Review the existing event terms and refund policy before registering. Contact the organizing office with your reference for cancellation, correction or substitution; sending an inquiry alone does not confirm a change.
Where do I collect my badge?
Check-in hours and the registration-desk location will be announced before the event. Printable participant badges require verified payment or organizer-confirmed registration. See the next steps.
How do I update an application?
Use application follow-up and include your application type, company, contact email and receipt number if one was issued. Do not resubmit or pay again solely because an acknowledgment is delayed.
