Check whether the submission was received
An online receipt number means the request was recorded; it does not confirm payment, acceptance or publication. If the form reports that submission is unavailable or shows an email draft, it has not been received online. Send the prepared information to the organizing office yourself or contact us for help.

| Speaker | Program review and selection notice. Title, abstract and speaker information are due December 31, 2026; slides and publication permissions are requested separately after acceptance. |
| Sponsor / exhibitor | Confirmation of agreed terms and included registrations. Submit approved company and exhibit information for publication after participation is confirmed. |
| Inquiry | The organizing team reviews the question and replies to the supplied business email. A response-time guarantee has not been published. |
Corrections and follow-up
Include the application type, company, contact email and receipt or agreement reference. Describe the exact correction. Changes take effect only after confirmation from the organizing office.
