Registration cancellation and refund
For individual conference registration, Display Korea applies cancellation ratios aligned with the Republic of Korea Consumer Dispute Settlement Standards for performance tickets, used here as the closest general event benchmark.

A registration cancelled within 24 hours after purchase is fully refunded when the cancellation is completed by March 8, 2027. If another law or mandatory standard gives the participant more favorable rights, that standard prevails.
Cancellation requests must be sent to display-korea@ubiresearch.com. The received date of the email determines the applicable refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or nominated bank account.
Participant substitution
A paid registration may be transferred to another person from the same organization without charge when the request is received by March 9, 2027. The substitute must provide the information required for event access.
Exhibition and sponsorship cancellation
Exhibition-space cancellation is refunded at 100% through January 31, 2027, at 50% from February 1–14, 2027, and is non-refundable from February 15, 2027 because venue and operating commitments will have been made.
Sponsorship cancellation, benefit changes and refunds follow the individually signed agreement. Where no separate agreement has been signed, no payment is due until the organizing team issues written confirmation.
Event change, postponement or cancellation
The organizer may adjust speakers, session order, room allocation or operating details when necessary. If an individual-registration event is cancelled for reasons attributable to the organizer, the registration fee is refunded with an additional 10% of that fee. If it is cancelled because of force majeure, the registration fee is refunded. Sponsorship and exhibition remedies follow the applicable written agreement. Travel, accommodation, shipping, production and other third-party costs are not reimbursed.
If the event is postponed, registrations will transfer to the new date. A participant who cannot attend the new date may request a refund within seven days after the postponement notice.

Controller and purpose
UBI Research processes submitted information to review requests, administer participation, issue payment or tax documents, communicate event updates and respond to inquiries.
Information collected
Required information varies by request and may include company or organization, country or region, contact or speaker name, position, business email and the details needed to review the request. Phone number and other fields marked as optional are not required.
Retention and deletion
Request records are retained until March 31, 2028 and then deleted unless a longer period is required for accounting, payment, contract, dispute or other legal obligations. Form entries are not retained in the browser after the page is closed. Submitted records are accessible only to authorized event administrators.
Sharing and service providers
Information is not sold. It may be provided to payment, venue or event-operation service providers only when needed to deliver the requested service and after any legally required notice or consent.
Information submitted for an event request is not used for unrelated marketing unless separate consent is obtained.
Your choices and rights
You may decline to provide information, but required information is necessary to process the request. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by contacting the organizing office. Statutory records may remain restricted until the required retention period ends.
